Complaint Procedure
If you are not satisfied with the treatment, the osteopath would like to hear about it. For example, the treatment may not meet your expectations. You can present your complaint to the osteopath at any time and be open about it. A conversation can then take place and a solution can be reached to all reasonableness.

In the unlikely event that it is not possible to reach a solution together with your osteopath, you can make your complaint known to the NOF (Dutch Osteopathy Federation). You can consult the website of the Dutch Osteopathy Federation for this purpose.
